Квартира чиста, затишна, є все необхідне, щоб зупинитися і почуватися зручно. Техніка працює добре, цілодобово гаряча вода, комфортні ліжка. Зручне розташування квартири дає змогу оглянути багато гарних місць на Мальті пішки. Зручно було користуватися електронним замком на дверях.

Електрочайник, кавоварка і тостер мають звичайну європейську вилку, а от розетка британська на три отвори. Немає перехідника навіть для запропонованої господарями техніки. У душі вода дуже легко виливається за межі піддона на підлогу, доводилося щоразу мити підлогу. Відсутній балкон чи тераса. Насправді це просто велике вікно у кімнаті.

The apartment is fairly new, 3rd floor, there's an elevator. Consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a living room with kitchen annex and a balcony. Among the regular equipment, you will also find a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer, so that's a nice addition. AC works well. Wi-fi is good enough to watch Youtube on your laptop/ phone. Good location, we were looking for a less touristy area and Fgura hits the spot. 30 minute commute from Valetta with bus lines 90,91,92,93. Many stores and shops in the vicinity. Also few spots to grab something to eat.

The overall quality of furniture and contractor work is typical for mediterrenean area - good enough but leaves room for improvement. Electrical devices such as kettle or iron have "continental" power plugs, so you need to use adapters. The neighbourhood is full of smaller or larger building sites so it can get loud at times.

Gyönyörű, új építésű, tiszta, igényes, jól berendezett 2. emeleti két hálószobás, két fürdőszobás, erkélyes lakás. Kávéfőző, főzési lehetőség, okos TV, mosógép, szárítógép van. Lift van a lépcsőházban. A közelben éttermek, boltok, pékségek, nonstop bolt, patika, pizzéria, buszmegálló.

A WiFi adatkapcsolat használhatatlanul lassú, így a TV sem működik megfelelően. A környéken a mobil internet és a mobil térerő is gyenge.

Immediately upon arrival, we found many unpleasant issues. In the bathroom, water was leaking outside the shower area. There was mold on the wall. Water was also leaking in the kitchen under the counter. In the kitchen, there was also a broken drawer. During rain, water was seeping from the ceiling. In the bathroom, there was an insufficient number of hooks for hanging towels. For four people staying for a week, the equipment was insufficient. The apartment felt unfinished and unwelcoming.
