AUTHENTiC COPENHAGEN! 1st floor, 2 x doub bed, Fully furnishd, Check in 3 pm-11 pm

Sehr gute Lage, helle schöne Wohnung. Wenige Minuten zum Metro. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür.

Nichts.

We stayed for 6 nights and it’s a home away from home: Central location near meat-packing district; cosy apartment with lots of cushions and pictures; well equipped kitchen; neighbour recommendations from the host

Could use a spring clean, especially the kitchen; ceiling lights not all working but little lights provided

Die Gastgeberin war sofort erreichbar als die Tür klemmte und hatte sofort eine Lösung. Die Wohnung bot genug Platz um sich auszuruhen und die Beine hochzulegen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Fantastic location, and not as noisy as I had expected. Great having two rooms. Beds were comfortable and it was great to stay somewhere with a kitchen and access to shared laundry. Good wifi. Overall we had a good stay.

I'm not sure the ad is really that accurate/clear and this is not the typical place you find advertised via Booking.com: this is someone's apartment and they just leave when it is booked out. Apparently, this is typical for Copenhagen. The cupboards were crammed full of their belongings. So, there is everything you need, but also everything you don't. Scandi minimalism it is not! Some people will love this as it is more 'homey' and authentic - it just wasn't quite what we were expecting from the ad. The apartment is old - which can be charming but it really needs key maintenance for safety (plus some de-cluttering!) if it is going to be rented out. For example, the bathroom is functional but really pretty awful, and the shower scalded us a few times - children would need supervision in the shower to prevent scalding. Of most concern was that the fire alarms had been taken out, and since the overhead lights in the kitchen and bathroom did not work, there was a jumble of lamps and cords, including some exposed wiring/live light sockets. Also, the leg of the dining table kept falling off!
