There’s an ongoing construction in front of the building- but apartment is quiet well insulated for sound

Apartment is very nice and very clean. Soundproofing is also good, but the frond door did not block noises from stairwell. Security personnel was very kind and helpful. In some feedbacks has been criticized the rudeness of staff, but we felt just the opposite. Security was careful but polite and helpful. Absolytely beatiful views from the pool section at floor 46. Parking was so easy, parking in huge garage was included.
The balcony is not best in sunbathing. It is carefully protected with balcony glazing. You should know that there is a building site just in front of the Intempo building, affecting all apartments this year. Building is not at coastline if that is important for you. I was not able to use automatic locker system at arrival or when leaving. It just does not work easily.
