Don’t waist your money…. Definitely better options down the street. You’ve been warned.

The staff are very rude and unprofessional as well as unhelpful, they took very long to respond,and just didn’t have there things together. And you can book a full villa right by the beach for the same price.

Intempo review.

The view, the location, style and the total modernistic looks. Fantastically well equiped.

The glass sliding doors (wall to wall) are dangerous when closed. Maybe motifs or stickers on them to make people more aware when closed. As a grown man, distracted i accidently walked into the closed door, damaging my glasses and badly bruising my nose. Outside pool area was large but lacked character.

A szállás elegáns , szépséges ! Most sajnos egy építkezés folyik mellette , ami néha zavaró volt .A tengerpart pár perc sétára található , ami homokos volt, röplabda pályákkal, a sétány pálmafákkal szegélyezve! Bárok, shoppok, éttermek végig a partszakaszon ! Ez a része nyugis, de benidorm másik partszakaszán megtalálhatod acnyüzsgést!

Precioso muy nuevo y cómodo y muy bonita la decoración

Parte de las vistas por la obra que están haciendo delante, pedimos que guardaran antes de nuestra llegada las literas de la habitación ya que solo íbamos 3 personas y con ellas puestas no se podía abrir la ventana y agobiaban bastante a la hora de dormir pero no lo hicieron por lo que tuvimos que intentar hacerlo nosotros sin éxito a nuestra llegada, perdiendo varias horas de nuestro tiempo pero finalmente nos lo resolvieron de maravilla desde recepción. Fatal el pésimo trato en la cabina de vigilancia por parte del responsable (extranjero, no recuerdo el nombre) pero nos atendió enfadado con muy malos modos y extremadamente nervioso y maleducado. Nada que ver con el resto del personal (vigilante en zona spa y recepción)

Buena estancia

El edificio es una pasada, impresionantes vistas. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien (piscinas, sauna, entrada, parking). El apartamento es de muy buen tamaño, muy organizado todo, con muchísimo menaje en la cocina y la zona de lavandería. La terraza impresionante. El acceso al parking es fácil y bastante cómodo para familias con niños. En general todo muy bien, incluida la atención del personal.

Tres aspectos a mejorar: 1. Rocían con un ambientador sábanas, almohadas y cojines del salon, que particularmente para las personas alérgicas (como es mi caso) resultó bastante molesto y que ocasionó reacciones alérgicas. 2. El baño que tenía la bañera estaba roto el soporte de la alcachofa y no enganchaba bien, con lo cual para duchar era necesario sostenerlo con una mano y la mampara no tenía la goma para evitar que el agua saliera fuera, con lo cual se mojaba todo el baño. Pusimos la reclamación y es cierto que han sido muy diligentes para reparar el soporte, pero no quedó del todo bien y no pusieron la goma, así que en total todos los días agua por todos lados y sostener con una mano para duchar. Un incordio la verdad. 3. Había en general un olor a aguas residuales en todo el piso que no sabíamos muy bien por dónde se colaba. Teníamos que airear constantemente por el mal olor. Bastante molesto la verdad. Consideramos que por el importe de estos apartamentos es bastante inaceptable estos detalles.

Todo, el apartamento está completo, tiene de todo. La vista desde el balcón impresionante 😍. El personal es muy amable y ayudan siempre si hay necesidad. Muchísimas gracias por todo, volveremos pronto.
