Mediterranean Sunset Cliffs Benidorm

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very high end, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed — plenty of towels, good kitchen facilities and all the essentials provided. The apartment itself was really spacious. There were 5 of us staying and it never felt cramped at all — even with 6 people it would still feel comfortable. The balcony area was exceptional and easily one of the highlights of the stay. The views from there were incredible and made the apartment feel even more special. The building felt very safe and secure with fob/key access, and having both lift and stair access was handy. The location was lovely — quiet, residential and family friendly, with none of the rowdy atmosphere you sometimes get. It’s about a 20–30 minute walk to the Old Town and around 10 minutes in a taxi to the strip. Tony who checked us in was brilliant — really friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. The United Renters team were also very helpful and easy to deal with throughout.

One thing worth noting is that the apartments are also residential, and personally we found some of the staff around the pool area to be a bit abrupt and unfriendly at times. One man in particular came across quite judgemental. It didn’t massively affect our stay at all, and this is absolutely no reflection on the apartment host or the United Renters team, who were great throughout, but just something worth being aware of.

Las habitaciones y el complejo están muy bien

La atención de la agencia bastante deficiente. Llegamos y faltaba el mando del garaje, que tardaron dos días en facilitarnos, con los consiguientes problemas para descargar el equipaje. Mucho equipamiento y luego no hay un simple microondas.
