Intempo by Holuxe - 291 - 29th floor

This is probably best apartment that we stayed (visited 60+ countries), amazing view, sparkling clean, super location, 8-10 min walk to beach, great facilities in iconic building! Pool, jacuzzi, spa - perfect! Big size, huge balcony, stunning view! Fully equipped, with all kitchen things and everything what you need for short or long stay .

But - we believe everything that needs to be improvements coming from facility management of this and probably other their flats. Couple of very important point and what to expect: 1. If you are coming/leaving during weekends there is no luggage storage and you will have sharp to leave at 11am and 4pm is check in (which is fine but without luggage story is potential problem) 2. We asked several times for beach equipment (event to Rent), as this is beach destination - we never got answer and we needed to buy everything (umbrella, chairs,etc) 3. Towels for beach you need to pay extra 4. Despite you will have everything from equipment, there is nothing for daily life: kitchen cloths, washing sponges, salt, oil, pepper- nothing! You will get one dishwasher tablet and same for Washing Machine. In bathroom you will get 5-10ml shower gel and same body lotion. Essentially, count to buy everything. Considering price per night this is really strange and not acceptable 5. Very rigid communication in general and lack of information constantly is lowering scores but it’s pity as flat is beautiful
