The apartment was comfortable, well equipped for everyday life, and was very clean. The apartment looks even nicer in person than in the pictures :). The view from the balcony was really great (it holds to its name). The neighbors and neighborhood was residential and very calm at all times. Very convenient to buy food nearby, there are 2 supermarkets close by and a park. With the PQ and 1Q bus lines you could get to almost any nearby beach or the city (it does take some time and the frequency is not the best). I think with car the location is probably one of the best.
This is just personal opinion (it can be a positive for other people) but to me the bed and pillow were too hard. And the Internet seemed to lag, specially at night.

Brand new, squeaky clean apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood with a private parking, lots of light, beautiful views from the balcony, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and all the detergents were provided).
The owner was always quickly responsive and super helpful throughout our stay.
Definitely recommend it!
