My stay at Pier’s place was absolutely amazing – hands down one of the best hosting experiences I’ve ever had! The location was easy to find, and Pier and his lovely wife were waiting to welcome us upon arrival, which was such a nice touch.
The apartment itself is a beautifully designed upscale basement – honestly, bigger than my own flat in the city! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: fresh clean sheets, a cozy bed, wine glasses, tea kettle, spacious closet, a large bathroom, and an even bigger dining table where we spent most of our evenings. The area is also super convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets close by, and Poetto Beach just a short drive away. We found ourselves regularly heading out to the seaside pubs!
We were there for only three days, but it immediately felt like home. And now, the best part: Pier himself. He was an incredible host – kind, thoughtful, and truly attentive. Unfortunately, we were a bit under the weather and the nights got chilly, but Pier immediately set up a heater for us to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t get worse. It meant a lot.
We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area!
