La casa è grande, comoda in posizione ottimale per visitare tutta l'isola. La casa è in posizione isolata, con tanta tranquillità e con la vista mare in lontananza. Adatta a chi cerca un periodo tranquillo. C'è anche una discreta dotazione interna: forno (non frequente anche nelle migliori case) microonde bollitore macchina caffè americano (manca almeno una moca per gli italiani). Ha una veranda ampia che protegge dal vento dove consumare i pasti con vista mare, e uno spazio esterno privato. Il proprietario è stato attento disponibile e gentilissimo, lasciandoci uscire ben oltre le ore 12.
La casa è vecchiotta, bisogna accettare i suoi limiti. Gli impianti non sono nuovi, c'è un boiler per acqua calda da soli 60 litri...se si è in 6, non tutti possono fare la doccia. Il bagno è grande ma conserva una vecchia vasca da bagno con box di chiusura che andrebbe rivisto. Come anche il mobile bagno che ha evidenti tracce di muffa. Da segnalare la strana presenza di moscerini in cucina benché fosse tutto pulito.
Ma tutto ciò è un limite che si accetta, per i vantaggi che la casa offre. La vera cosa negativa è che la casa è umida: la sera quando ci si mette a letto sembra di avere le lenzuola bagnate. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare una stufa a gas, che però è insufficiente per la grandezza dei locali. Inoltre la stufa a gas non "asciuga" l' umidità. Il proprietario dovrebbe installare almeno due climatizzatori per abbassare il livello di umidità, e stemperare gli ambienti durante i soggiorni invernali. In definitiva, attribuisco alla presenza di tanta umidità ogni giudizio negativo, tralasciando ogni altro dettaglio (sopportabile).

Amazing location, both seaview and Mountain View. Very spacious kids loved the table tennis. We had a car so less than 10 mins to Puerto carmen and very close to the airport.
