Vierasmaja Pärnun reunakaupungissa. Rakennus vanha puutalo ja se sijaitsee puutarhassa (ei kannata säikähtää kadun varrella olevaa hieman rähjäistä taloa, majoitus ei ole siinä). WC ja pesutilat modernit ja hiljattain remontoitu. Alakerrassa WC+pesutilat, yläkerrassa huoneet. Alakerrassa myös yhteinen olohuone jossa paljon huonekaluja. Strand SPA ihan vieressä, siellä voi käydä hyvällä aamupalalla hintaan n.16€.
Talo, huone, sänky, kalusteet ja vuodevaatteet hieman kuluneita.
