Cozy and stylish place. Rooms have good sound isolation. Laundry room is definitely a huge bonus! Stereo house also has some sentimental value as it is located in the former building of Melodiya, were cassettes were made. Located in a quiet green area it is very well connected by bus.

The shower drainage was blocked and the water didn’t go down, so every time someone took a shower the bathroom turned into a swamp. The issue was reported straight away on the first day, and I also called several times the day after, but eventually I am not even sure if it got fixed, but somehow it got a bit better on the third day. According to the staff, there is no AC, however there are buttons to regulate temperature in the room, but nothing changes when they are pressed. Finley, the game room was out of order as the console did not work.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff on the phone, as well as the cleaners, were very friendly and helpful. Good soundproofing and quiet, green area. Good transport links: there are buses going to the city centre nearby. The furniture is new and well-designed. You can cook both in your room and in the communal kitchen.

The hotel is very well designed, built only a few years ago, with great soundproofing, with trees all around it, and a nice view from the window. The shower cubicle was spacious, the fridge was built in and quiet, the double bed large and comfortable. The kitchenette had a small stove and a microwave. The customer service was very friendly and helped me to arrange leaving my luggage in the room with the cleaner. They were available 24/7 on the phone. Many thanks!
