Location fantastic, had all you need. Modern bathrooms & kitchen. Nice little balcony.

Beds were uncomfortable. Upstairs was lumpy & soft, downstairs a thin sofa bed. Door lock was broken upon arrival, which took 2 days to fix.

Right in the center of Chamonix, with parking garage with own garagebox. On the balcony you have a great view on the Mont Blanc.

If you are there with more than two people you will sleep upstairs where is no window for fresh air. The stairs is steep. There is little space for your stuff. The apartment door has an electronic lock, that didn't open/close very well. We found that you have to pull/push the door during operation to let it work good. Also the key we got didn't work so we had to use the code lock to open the door.

Location excellent 6 minutes walk from bus terminal and on pedestrian area but a quiet location. Very new modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. Nice view of Mont Blanc from balcony. Soap/ body wash provided. Separate sleeping areas 1 bed upstairs on mezzanine and one in an alcove away from the kitchen so private with curtains across and a wardrobe, both comfortable double beds. There is a separate toilet upstairs and a toilet/shower downstairs. The stairs to the mezzanine bedroom are very steep. Kitchen / lounge area is small , really its just a kitchen with a 2 seater sofa. But fine for 2 people. 4 adults would be uncomfortable. There is a foldaway table and chairs a bit inconvenient to put up and takes up most of the area but it worked fine for us.

Stairs very steep to mezzanine bedroom. No doors on bedrooms so you hear other person but to be expected in a small rental flat.
