Villa Floria is a smart, centrally located ground floor apartment. The property is just two minutes walk from the main shopping street and 250 metres from the closest bus stop with services to all the lift stations. Decorated to a high standard, the apartment offers stylish and comfortable accommodation with a fabulous outdoor terrace.

OUR OPINION
This apartment has a fantastic location, very close to high street where you’ll find numerous shops, bars and restaurants, yet set back from the hustle and bustle of the town. Its spacious terrace is a real gem and offers stunning views of Les Drus and the Mont Blanc Massif. Underground parking is another plus for this property as you won’t have to spend precious holiday time clearing your vehicle in the winter.

The apartment was great. Very clean, and well equipped.
The location was excellent! Walking less than 2 minutes to restaurants and shops. Straight up the hill from the aguilla du midi cable car.
The only complaint was that there were gnats in the kitchen/ living area.
Management was very responsive to every communication. Thank you for a GREAT stay in Chamonix, Andie.
Ps. Hit up Ella at patagoniatiptop for guided hikes. We did a fabulous 3 day hut to hut.

Was a wonderful week in Chamonix. The apartment was perfect for 4 people but a little hot during our week. The open windows and doors helped but A fan would have been great. Location was perfect.

Great location and the apartment was just as advertised. No complaints. I can’t recall if the listing said you supply your own or not, we didn’t ask, so we just bought our own laundry soap and hand soap.
Would stay here again in the future.
