Appartement Le Concordia 4 Happy Rentals

Great location in centre of town on pedestrianised area. Well equipped. Clean and bright. Great shower. Lots of storage options. Large sofa. Agency was helpful and easy to contact.

Beds full width of room so need to climb in from the end. Second bedroom window is 3/4 width of bed so can’t have open at night. Bedroom shutter covers both bedrooms which limits options.

It wasn't very clean, I mean I was good! But for the cleaning fees they charge I thought it will be spotless

Location is great. The apartment is small however it has a lot of wardrobes, but I can’t imagine how 6 people could fit if they had skiing equipment. However it is cute and clean . Kitchen was well equipped .

In order to check in and out you need to go to their offices which are 10’ away. If you carry stuff of leave early in the morning that is really annoying. For a 5d stay of 4 people the provided only two toilet papers and only 1 dish washing capsule and on their instructions they warn you that they will charge you extra if you don’t clean the dishes and throw the rubbish , which I don’t appreciate at all . Further the rack for the ski books wasn’t working and although they said someone would fix it, nothing happened

The location was very central to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities you needed.

There weren't any fans or air-conditioning and it was very hot at the time we stayed. The bedrooms are extremely small and even if fans had been provided I doubt they would have fit in the rooms.
