Tout était parfait. Intérieur très propre et bien aménagé. Bien situé (petite supérette à côté) et petite marche pour aller au centre ville de Funchal qui n'était pas désagréable.
Difficulté à se garer quand on a une voiture de location. Ne pas se garer sur une place de stationnement M même si elle se trouve à proximité de la maison car nous avons eu une amende déposée à 22h00 (60 € l'amende !!)

Las camas incómodas y las almohadas (eran rellenos de cocines )una muy vieja y había muchas hormigas aunque se veía que estaba limpio

Two bathrooms were very convenient. The location was OK.
Lacking a proper place for more people to eat together, both outside and inside. For a five person apartment only three glasses. Lack of big plates. The mugs were very unstable. We were missing a sharp knife and a bottle opener. The table under the tv needs fixing

As instalações são confortáveis, mas falta substituir toalhas quando necessário, só a pedido foram substituídas uma vez durante a estadia, ou máquina para lavar.
Tivemos de limpar os esgotos da base de chuveiro, não escoava a água conveniente (inclusive tivemos de comprar um desemtupidor) difícil estacionar
