The Travel Tree Hostel

Ich hatte zwei wundervolle Nächte im Hostel. Alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Mit Klimaanlage! Das Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr lecker. Super netter Gastgeber. Einfach eine 10/10

Le staff est vraiment super gentil et arrangeant ! Il vous aidera à organiser vos activités (safari, temple cave, pidurangala au sunrise…). Le petit déjeuner est top et diversifié tous les jours. Je vous recommande cette auberge pour rester à Sigiriya.

Malea is super sweet and accommodating to everything you need! He replies fast and arranges everything from sunrise trip to taxi or tuk-tuk whenever and wherever you need to go! It has a very chill and laid back vibe. And a nice outdoor area with couches to chill on. You can also rent decent bicycles to cycle around Sigiriya.

The mattresses are old and worn out, which means you sink down in the middle and basically you're lying on the bed frame... There is no private light or shelf for your bed. The dorm has 6 beds, but doesn't have big enough lockers for the backpacks, which means there will be bags and stuff everywhere! There are not enough hooks to hang stuff, wet or dry, so this also goes everywhere (outside or inside). The tree-house dorm is charming, but the whole dorm shakes when somebody moves inside or outside (especially going up and down the stairs). But in the end, it's part of the charm for this tree-house hostel!
