Fully fenced and was very secure for 2 mini schnauzers. The kitchen had great facilities and appliances. The house was very clean and easy to keep clean; the location was across from the beach. There was only 2 of us but would be great for 2 or 3 couples.
There did not seem to be any bedside power points in the downstairs bedroom which was not an issue for us but if you had a full house, it would be a nice to have :)

Lockbox collection instructions were a little confusing.
It said the lockbox is behind the drain pipe on the left hand side.
The lockbox was actually on the back of the gate on the left hand side - there was not drainpipe near the gate. The drainpipe was at the back of the house, quite some metres from the front gate.
