We like the facilities/setup for larger families.
Jump pillow was out of service when we attended but the playground sufficed as was a bit to cold for the pool/water park.

I truly liked that everyone was spread out and not jammed in like sardines
The office hours … 9am till 4pm. We wanted to extend our stay, couldn’t check the night before because we got back at 4.40pm from a fishing trip, and could not talk to anyone until 9am, lucky we could extend, otherwise it would have been a quick pack up

Air-conditioner remote not in main bedroom (lost?), one outside sliding door was unable to be locked.
