The driveway was blocked by customers of the cafes nearby

People kept parking in the driveway to use cafe and shops next door so it was hard to get in and out of property

Reasonably close to the town. Washing and cooking ok.
The air conditioning was in a very bad state. Bedroom 1 didn’t work. Bedroom 2 pipe kept falling out of the window. The air in the lounge ok. We had to buy a new fan for the veranda (which we left). Cars from the cafe next door parked across the driveway. I believe it could be a wonderful place to stay if given a little TLC and a good Spring Clean.
