Very stylish well-designed room and bathroom in a 3 bedroom top-floor apartment, with a lift.
Great city sea views from the room & communal terraces.
Good location 10 minutes walk to the old town.
Comfy bed.
Aircon worked well and was quiet.
The super comfy Fatboy bean bag on the terrace.
Good comms prior to arrival with warm & helpful agent Angelica.
The communal kitchen was disappointing - it's for espresso or takeaway only. It was poorly equipped, even for just preparing breakfast. There was a basic Nespresso machine, a few ceramic espresso cups, 2 larger cups & some plastic glasses. There was an induction hob but no pans, and no microwave so we couldn't even make a latte! There were plastic forks & plates to match the stylish decor but no knives, spoons or bowls! No proper knife to, e.g., cut fruit. The communal fridge is minibar size and the stylish room fridge is too small for anything but small beers.
The east-facing bedroom window has a stylish lightweight curtain but no blackout option or shutter so you get woken by the sunrise! However, we were provided with sleep masks which was a nice touch.
There's little privacy between each room's own terrace area.
Our room (the yellow themed one) opened onto the communal kitchen area so we did hear the other guests coming and going.
The WIFI was poor: slow and kept dropping out, but there was a good mobile signal.
I requested a parking space when I booked - but on arrival I discovered this had been overlooked and there was no parking for the 1st night. Angelica resolved this quickly and we got a parking space for the remaining 2 nights. However, the reserved parking is 5 minutes drive or walk away from the building and I simply managed to find a spot on the street each day so didn't need it anyway.

La struttura è all'ultimo piano di un condominio di recente costruzione e vicina al centro storico. Tutto l'arredo interno è nuovo e curato nei dettagli. La camera dispone di un utile mini frigorifero, climatizzatore e bagno privato con ampia doccia. Pertinente alla camera un ampio terrazzo anch'esso ben arredato. La struttura mette a disposizione nella cucina comune posate (da lavare dopo l'uso), piatti e bicchieri di plastica e qualche cialda per il caffè. La possibilità del posto auto, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura, è un gran plus che nei mesi estivi, sicuramente ad agosto, è indispensabile.
La camera ha un’ampia e gradevole vetrata con accesso al terrazzo e la mattina entra abbondantemente luce. La tenda installata non è oscurante, per cui non è sufficiente per rendere buia la stanza. La struttura tuttavia offre delle mascherine notturne per gli occhi. Nella cucina comune c'è un piano cottura a induzione, ma non vi ho trovato pentole o padelle. Il frigorifero non è grandissimo, è condiviso con le altre due stanze e non dispone di un vano congelatore. Nulla di invalicabile per soggiorni brevi.

Non lontana dalla fermata del bus dall’aeroporto , dal centro e dal mare.
Troppa luce al mattino nella stanza.
