The facility is extremely conveniently located - very close to the main bus stop, within a few minutes walk from the old city, but still located in a residential area that's quiet and safe. The room was ENORMOUS - most places have pictures that make rooms seem big, but I'd say the opposite happened here. We were happily surprised upon arrival. Everything looked new, clean, and was very comfortable, as well as rather classy. We didn't hang out in the inner courtyard much, but it looked nice with all the halloween decorations :) Would come back in a heartbeat!
The room was ground floor, with a big window facing the sidewalk - however! The sound isolation was actually very good; the window is opaque (light still comes through, but obviously there are curtains), and plants are strategically placed so that you can't peek from the outside, even when the tilting windows are open. The plants also seem to filter out dust and pollution when opening the windows to air out the room! So it didn't affect us at all - but I'll mention it in case it's useful to someone else in case they want to request a different room.

The location was great and the host Dominika was very professional, friendly and nothing was a problem. Dominika answered all our questions and provided information that made our stay in Alghero enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Cosy apartment. Nice terrace. Good location. Very good communication with the owners about advice on various turist topics.
Horrible sofa bed. Some problems with hot water in the shower in the mornings.

The location is excellent.
The owner left my husband a birthday balloon, fizz and chocolates, which was kind of her.
Umbrellas were provided.
The terrace (although it is very overlooked)
Pigeons nesting in the eaves above the bedroom woke us up each morning at 7am (we like pigeons but we like rest more!)
Major construction work next door on weekdays was noisy from 8am. If you stay here, bring earplugs!
One bedside lamp was broken, which we had to ask them to replace.
The view from the dining table was a collection of recycling bins!! The refrigerator was noisy and partially broken.
The sofa was uncomfortable and stained. The TV was only local channels. We wouldn't normally mind, but the weather was so bad we would have appreciated cable.
The flat was not cleaned in ten days (we did it!) although they provided clean bed linen/towels.
