Cloe - Luxury Rooms

It is not far from the main Alghero attractions. Bed was comfortable, it is a nice apartment and has potential to be much better if those small things that hugely affect comfort are fixed.

-The drain was clogged and the water barely went down. Water was overflowing onto the bathroom floor even after quick shower. On the last day I needed to wash my hair and the water flooded the toilet… -Air conditioning: It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. When it was on, it blew so hard directly onto the bed that it could easily make you sick. When I turned it off, the room became stiflingly stuffy. We woke up at night completely drenched in sweat - there was no good option. Very uncomfortable. -WiFi: We connected to it, but it didn’t work at all - no page would load, wanted to do the speed test but of course wasn’t able to as no website would even open. -Communication with the host: This was the worst part of the stay in this room. I messaged the host on both WhatsApp and Booking to say wifi didn’t work- no reply at all… On the day of our departure the host were meant to collect keys from us in the building, I messaged from early morning saying we needed to leave by 12:30 - no one responded to arrange key collection, so we had to leave the keys hidden in the corridor. They called after 1pm to ask for keys and €15 (late checkout fee). I have explained where the key was left due to them not collecting it before we left for the airport.
