Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko cytadeli w Hue.

Bardzo słaba komunikatywność personelu. Skutery w wypożyczalni były w bardzo złym stanie technicznym, podobnie jak kaski. Spaliśmy na 2 piętrze i cały czas śmierdziało z kanalizacji.

Muy cómodo, amplio y limpio dentro de la ciudad amurallada. El balcón es muy agradable, puedes rentar una scooter directamente allí, el personal es muy servicial

Absolutely tremendous place. Really tremendous. Quiet location, very quiet, the best kind of quiet, right near the Imperial City. You can walk to all the sites. People love walking from here. Very convenient, very smart. The room? Very nice size. Not small, not cramped, but spacious. Beautiful red brick interior, very strong, very solid. Plenty of space for two people. Television in the room. You need a TV. Also a fridge to cool your beverages. Ice-cold drinks. Fantastic. The bed is extremely comfortable. Once you lie down, you’re done. You’re out. Best sleep. Total knockout. Bathroom is great. Shower is great. Rain shower head is very luxurious and very high-end. Much better than those weak standard shower heads. This is the real deal. They did our laundry, great value. Only 20,000 VND per kilo. Incredible price. Clothes came back so fresh, so clean. One sock went missing. Sad but still a great deal overall. Staff were excellent. Really excellent people. Helped us book onward transport to Hoi An. It was smooth, easy, professional. That’s what great service looks like. Highly recommended. Believe me

The room had a window facing onto the corridor and it had a privacy covering, which is good. But there are a few gaps, and technically someone could walk up close to the window and peer in while you’re getting changed so the window needs to be monitored. Not ideal. A better privacy solution would make it perfect.
