Не так уж и страшно, как многие писали в отзывах. Относительно чисто, чистый пол. Да, матрац очень жесткий. Я уже год катаюсь по Вьетнаму и честно скажу, что в этой ценовой категории есть гораздо более худшие гостиницы.
