Valentina was a lovely and attentive host. Check-in was self-service but very intuitive and clear. The house was very clean, the amenities were great. I also found the beds very comfortable. The location was also very convenient, very close to the centre. We always managed to find a place to park the car outside, which was also handy.

Unfortunately we picked the hottest days of the year to visit. Please keep in mind that if you come during the summer and it's over 35 degrees, the house does get extremely hot. Because the system of the building is fully electric, you cannot use all 3 ACs in each bedroom, we could only use 2 ACs at a time.

We loved the apartment! We are a family of 6. It was very spacious and so nicely renovated and decorated. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We liked that each bedroom had a nice place to hang and store your clothing. The air conditioning was individually controlled in each room/area, which was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, jam, and toast and other items you might need. Valentina was awesome in responding to questions and giving recommendations. She’s a very special host. The further we explored Catania the more we liked it.

Nothing really. As with any older building you need to be aware of electricity that you are using via air conditioning. But it wasn’t a problem and the apartment had sufficient cooling on the hot days.
