• The apartment looks exactly like the photos. • It is very well equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, mop, and other essentials. There were also left unexpected goods in the apartment such as croissants for breakfast, beach umbrella&towels. • We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in, which was very convenient. • The check-in process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. • The host was friendly, communicative, and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and beaches, which we really appreciated.

• There is no air conditioning in the living room, only a fan. • The advertised parking was not really available. During our 4 night stay, we never found a parking space on the apartment’s street, which is very narrow and not parking-friendly. We had to park several streets away, and unfortunately our car was hit while parked. • Although the location is very convenient, the surrounding area is extremely dirty and not that friendly. Right next to the apartment there were piles of garbage, abandoned mattresses, and old refrigerators • We had issues with the air conditioning. One of the bedroom units was not cooling properly, so we had to set it to a very low temperature just to make the room comfortable. • We understand the importance of saving electricity and were asked not to leave the air conditioning running unnecessarily. We had left it on one day intentionally when we left the apartment for a short time, so the apartment would be comfortable when we returned - before being informed about this rule. However, shortly after receiving this message, we came back to find it switched off. We also experienced both air conditioners turning off within about a minute of each other while we were still inside the apartment. We cannot confirm the reason, but the timing gave us the impression that the units might have been controlled remotely. While we appreciate efforts to reduce energy consumption, we felt that some of the amenities we had paid for were being unnecessarily restricted, which affected our overall comfort during the stay.

Casa muy bien ubicada, confortable y bien equipada, a un precio excelente. Ideal para disfrutar de unos días en Catania. Se puede aparcar gratuitamente al estar fuera de la zona restringida. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue muy ágil y la entrada en la casa muy fácil

Very central well equipped yet a little cramped for 4 but we where out all day so this was not an issue very comfy bed amazing communication from host
