The apartment is quite big, light and airy, and it has a bathroom and shower in each room, making it perfect for a big family. The kitchen is extremely comfortable and has everything you need to cook. There is a grocery within walking distance of the neighborhood. In a word, highly recommended!!

What a gorgeous setting this is! So big. My pals and I felt at home right away. We will be returning for sure! It was really straightforward to check in and out. Faith was easy to get in touch with and made sure we got everything we needed.

All the accommodation is as it appears on the pictures. I appreciated the swimming pool and play area for the kids. The internet was great. I was thankful for the free water. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals. There was one guard 'Tobias' who went above and beyond to help is with our queries. There is a lovely cafe downstairs, with some vegan meals on the menu. The was a washing machine in the property so we could wash our clothes. Faith was helpful in answering our queries ahead of our arrival and when we were in Nairobi.

The windows cannot be locked and do not have any safety features (they open very widely) making it feel unsafe for families with small curious kids. To access one of the bedrooms you had to go through a small outdoor gridded area which felt odd. The showers constantly flooded the bathroom due to the design. One of the female security guards was very unhelpful and at times unkind. Housekeeping is every 3 days rather than daily. We were charged an extra 70 usd as we requested late checkout. Due to the two different gates (and unhelpful security) ubers and deliveries often got lost on route. There at no latch on the inside door to secure the property at night. Some of the walls need to be repainted as they had marks on them. We were allocated a local host who said we could contact her about anything but she was slow to respond and overall unhelpful.
