Our clients didn’t have any complaints they loved the space.
I’d say for me it was a hassle making payment to the property. They were asking for a photo of my card which I didn’t feel comfortable sharing. It took a long while and the process was unpleasant just to pay for the room. I’d advise they find other ways to receive payment especially since they don’t offer a prepayment option.

The food isn’t all that good so value for money is not all that great. If you are staying a few nights fine but for longer stays the breakfast and dinner can get boring
