Our time here was genuinely wonderful. Mornings were quiet and unhurried, afternoons were spent exploring nearby cafés, and evenings were peaceful. The rooftop area added something extra, making it feel open without losing privacy.

The rains

Communication with Host was friendly and straightforward. The apartment is beautiful, impeccably clean, and decorated with love. If you need a few days of rest, this is the perfect spot! Kilimani, Nairobi is just a short distance away and easily accessible. I highly recommend this property!

It was in a good location and was a safe place. It was nice to have a kitchen available to us. I really liked the terrace.

The pictures listed did not match the apartment we stayed in. It seemed like it was not ready for us (ie. Power bill needed to be paid and manually updated during our first night - we were in bed and had to get up and figure out who was ringing the doorbell. It was a neighbor and then the security guard needed to help. It was a bit disorienting too. We asked about the air conditioning advertised in the booking reservation and were directed to stand up fans and were told it was listed as a note on booking which we didn’t see anywhere. We were without internet for a full day due to the bill not being paid. Some things worked better than others - showers, lighted mirrors, etc. We were told there was water but when we needed more, the bottles were empty and we needed to wait for over three hours to have someone help us out. Each time I reached out to the property listed on booking and the accommodation manager. The manager was eventually able to help with some of the things but I was disappointed not to hear back from the property contact listed. She was so friendly and attentive at the beginning of the stay.
