nicely equipped apartment; host provided missing water bottle, easy checkout
complicated checkin: we had to take uber to get to apartment; location was deviating from in booking.com indicated location

Tom was very helpful! The location was great ! The appartment was very big. Exactly as shown in the pictures.

The Location was good for me as it was close to super markets, chemist shops and my favourite restaraunt CJs Kilimani.
The main door locks were broken. Out of my 3 day stay, there was no WIFI for 2 days. Television wasnt working or may be I was unable to figure out how would it turn on. Broken Comod seat. In short, this place is not well maintained.
