The location is next to a green park, many restaurants around, grocery store behind the building as well. Metro station Kosmonavtlar is in a walking distance.

The room is very clean, essentials are available(towel/hairdryer/toothbrush); I booked for single person, and stayed in a small room with bunk bed. Reception staff are helpful, welcoming, patient. Only thing I feel a bit uncomfortable is that there’s no window ventilator in the small room. Perhaps it’s only happened to the small room.

Depending on who’s on duty. When I checked in the receptionist was very helpful. The next day the one just plainly said he doesn’t speak English without even trying to use a translation app because he wants to get back to his phone.

We knew going into it that the room would be small, but it was laid out well and had everything we needed. The location had convenient access to the metro. The beds were comfy as well. If you're going to sleep in the top bunk make sure you are fairly athletic, there isn't really anything to hold on to to pull yourself up and some balance is required.

There was a "tourism tax" that we had to pay on arrival that was not reflected in the price when I booked. Staff insisted that this was not their fault, and Booking forces them to apply the tax this way. If they're wondering how to fix this problem, they can ask any other hotel. All of the other hotels I have booked in Uzbekistan through Booking.com clearly show the tax on the app and the full price was reflected when I reserved the rooms. For future reference, the tax is $1.90 per person per night when you check in.
