The staff is very friendly & accommodating. They went over & above to help us. They called us a taxi big enough for all of our luggage at 6 am & made breakfast for us earlier than the normal hours for breakfast so we could have something before we left for the airport.
One of the times we were there the AC & internet was out, but the other 2 times there was no problem.

Decent little hostel, good location and the price wasn’t too bad. The free breakfast from 8 till 10 was lovely. All of the facilities worked and were ok.
The staff are very standoffish and not the most helpful. The rooms are ok but the entire time you are in this hostel you feel you are in a prison, no windows, no natural light. And I recommend you don’t do laundry here, the drying situation is a nightmare, open racks right next to the kitchen so everything stays damp and smells of food.
