The Cub Cabin

The location is excellent - nestled in the tall pines on a quiet street, and 10 min. or less to downtown Pagosa Springs. The house is spacious and impeccable. Plenty of towels provided in bathrooms and bedding. Internet worked well. While not air conditioned, the temperature at that altitude tends to stay reasonable, and there are numerous fans to pull in the cool air in the evening. If you are traveling in an RV or with a trailer be aware that the driveway down to the house is steep, although there is some room to backup and turn around at the bottom (no space to park on the road).

We never were able to get the combination lock to work on the front door, but this was not much of an inconvenience as we were able to access the house easily via the keypad on the garage. A few pods for the Keurig machine would be a nice welcoming addition.
