The ground floor apartment is arranged in modern style and with attention to details. It is comfortable and has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. You can prepare a small meal, drink a good coffee and sleep in a comfortable bed. An additional asset is a location - walking distance to the port, Porto Pim and its beach. The parking place is available at the apartment. WiFi is available and is working well. The host is wonderful - caring and communicative. Plus you will be welcome with nice goodies. Good value for money, worth recommending.

There is a slight smell from the pipes, I can confirm the comments from the others but the host takes efforts to neutralize it. I understand this is from the system in the neighborhood and is not possible to be entirely eliminated. However it is not something bothering very much.

A fantastic little place just a five minute walk from the main street of Horta. Located in a quiet road with plenty of parking space for a car. I had the flat upstairs. The kitchen has everything you could want and need and even a coffee maker (with pods too, which was a lovely touch). The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great - fantastic water pressure and hot water! There was also a washing machine and some space to dry clothes which was super. The view of Pico mountain from the kitchen window as I had breakfast was brilliant! Wifi was easy to log in to and excellent to use. The owners were friendly and kind over messaging and made sure everything had been thought of before my stay. Checking in was easy with a lock box and key. I really loved my stay here.

The only small thing was the mattress on the bed was a little hard but that is just my preference.

A lovely place close to the harbour with al the facilities you need in an apartment. Good price, nice house. Close enough to the big supermarket.

There really is a sewer problem. I saw that problems about this were reported here six months ago. This really needs to be fixed.

Good location, loved the interior style and had everything you need.

There was an odd smell sometimes, we think it was the drains. It wasn’t very strong and didn’t bother us but we did notice it.
