La posizione rispetto al mare e al centro di Pesaro e il silenzio della zona.

Ci sono tre rampe di scale da fare per arrivare all'appartamento, il bagno aveva un odore abbastanza di chiuso o di muffa e la doccia perdeva da un angolo del piatto doccia.
