About this apartment rental
The apartment was completely renovated a few years ago and can accommodate up to 6 people; it is located in a quiet area near the center, the beach and the entrance to the Monte San Bartolo natural park. Its position allows you to reach the main places of interest on foot or by bicycle and is the ideal solution to enjoy Pesaro in absolute freedom. Restaurants, children's play areas and sports fields are easily reached with a short walk.
The apartment is large, located on the ground floor and was completely renovated a few years ago; it has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), kitchen, dining room, lounge with double sofa bed, two bathrooms and an internal courtyard for exclusive use with a barbecue corner, where you can arrange a table and chairs sheltered from the sun thanks to an adjustable tent. The car park is covered and for exclusive use by guests. Among the equipment available there are also two bicycles (with a child seat if necessary). Sheets and towel towels are included. An air conditioning system is present throughout the house (although the apartment is pleasantly cool even in summer). The house includes an unlimited wi-fi connection, TV with decoder for Italian and foreign channels.
The location is very close to the sea, with the Baia Flaminia beach reachable in a few minutes on foot. Alternatively, the other city beaches can be reached in 10 minutes by bicycle. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center, and the house is located a few meters from the panoramic road that leads into the Monte San Bartolo natural park. The neighborhood is well served with a 100mt supermarket, baker, delicatessen and other shops in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, bars and pizzerias near the sea can be easily reached on foot. Sports center with swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer field and play area for children at 200mt

A very large and clean appartment with all possible facilities.
The owners are friendly and helpful.
You have 2 bicycles you can use and a place outside where you can have breakfast in the shadow.
The location of the appartment in the quiet left side of Pesaro, with supermarket nearby and many nice restaurants.
The small beach with half free beach and half beds with umbrella's you can hire.
The distance to the boulevard and old town on the other side of the harbour can be done by foot.
We've had a nice stay and are very satisfied about this appartment.

An excellent apartment and Marco is an excellent host. The apartment is spotless, modern and contains every feature you require for a wonderful residence.
The location is... very quiet, safe and the lovely sandy, public beach is a 5-10 minute walk. It was also fantastic to have the use of 2 bicycles - and a child seat - which made it very easy to pop around Pesaro (Pesaro has a considerable number of dedicated cycle paths).
And Marco and his wife are very friendly and welcoming hosts too. They were very kind to us and made our stay easy and enjoyable.
It was perfect for our family beach holiday and I would recommend this property 100%+
