Casacciuga, luminosa e centrale casa con giardino

Das Häuschen ist ein Schmuckstück, von den Eigentümern durchdacht und liebevoll mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, eingerichtet. Es gibt ein nettes Gärtchen und zwei (!) Bäder (Achtung: Sie sind nicht auf derselben Etage wie die Schlafzimmer!). Alessandro ist ein herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand - und nicht nur er, sondern auch seine Frau und Kinder sind im Einsatz. Für uns als Besucherinnen des Rossini-Festivals war außerdem die Lage des Hauses ideal: drei Minuten bis zum Rossini-Theater! Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Da das Haus nicht klimatisiert ist, heizt es sich im Sommer schon sehr stark auf und es kühlt sich, besonders in den oberen Etagen, auch in der Nacht kaum ab. Darauf muss man sich einstellen. Ebenso auf eine steile Wendeltreppe ohne Geländer. Meinen Koffer hätte ich da nicht hinauf oder hinunter tragen können. Aber das hat der nette Alessandro für mich getan. 😊 Also: Alles gut!

Tha hoise was lovely, fairly cleaned, and equipped with all the necessary tools for a daily life. The location was amazing as it was close to the shops, city centre and also the beach. Despite we were close to the hospital, the house was so quiet and enjoyed the beautiful garden outside, where we could enjoy dinners with our friends.

The only thing that did not go well was the lack of air conditioning. It was far too hot, and the ventilators provided couldn't do much to keep us cool. Maybe for next time, even a portable air conditioner would do the trick. Also, there was no TV. We did not have the time to watch TV in honesty, but my daughter would have been amazing to have it for a cartoon or chill time.

Avere il bagno al sottotetto è risultato scomodo, soprattutto per la scala a chiocciola.
