This charming, updated condominium boasts scenic views of the Fraser River, making it a perfect rental for guests looking for relaxation and enjoyment in Winter Park. It is located on the first floor of the building.
The unit showcases beautiful hardwood flooring that complements the modern design and new furnishings. In the living area, there is a new flat screen television, a VCR, a DVD player, a wood-burning fireplace, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials for meal preparation at any time of the day, featuring modern appliances and countertops, including a breakfast bar that seats two people. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The bedroom is furnished with a brand new queen-sized bed, a flat screen television, and a vanity sink. Furthermore, the main hallway includes a full bathroom that features a second vanity sink and a tub/shower combination.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV, a computer station with complimentary Wi-Fi and ample seating. The locker rooms are designed with tiled flooring and include bathroom stalls, showers and lockers for convenience. The main pool and spa area is enclosed by large glass windows and contains an indoor pool, two hot tubs and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs. Access to a spacious sundeck furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor hot tub is also available. Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Too many things wrong with this property to list for the price I would have much preferred something that was comfortable and not so dated. The best thing about it was the location
