Enjoy the peaceful sound of the river flowing right outside your door (you can even fish it), a spacious grassy riverside area to relax in (with a balcony overlooking it), and the rare convenience of having year-round outdoor adventures just steps away.
Whether you’re visiting in summer or winter, this location is unbeatable. Walk or bike directly onto the Fraser River Trail, which connects to miles of scenic paths all the way to Fraser. Hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing trails are right outside your door, making it easy to explore the beauty of the Rocky Mountains without getting in your car. There is also a lake 35 minutes away (Grandby Lake) for sailing, paddleboarding, fishing, etc. Rocky Mountain National Park is an easy drive.
For ski days, leave the driving behind — the free shuttle to Winter Park Resort picks you up right from the parking lot, giving you quick and easy access to world-class skiing and snowboarding.

The condo is newly remodeled. There is a King-sized bed in one room, a queen-sized bed in one room, and a twin foldable mattress for the floor if needed, comfortable for sleeping 4-5 people. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. There is 1 full bathroom and an extra sink in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is perfect for dining, as it is equipped with everything you need for cooking! It has been renovated w/ granite countertops, refinished cabinets, flooring (carpet new July 2026), and vinyl planking, lighting, blinds, and bathroom tile, as well as new living room (Aug 2025) & bedroom furniture (July 2026). Free/fast WIFI, TV/DVD. There is a newly remodeled rec center on site (3-4min walk) with pool table, big screen TV, indoor pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, volleyball, BBQ area, and workout room.
No smokers or smoking allowed, not 420 friendly :)

The property is well maintained. Cozy and comfortable. Transport to the resort is fabulous. Bus stop is very close. It will be our first choice on the next trip to Winterpark.

First impression wasn’t what I expected, to be honest. Furniture in the living room is very worn down and should be replaced. The king bed definitely is not new. The place was very well kept and very clean with clear instructions and even had a binder with activity and restaurant brochures. We have never been to Winter Park and expected to spend some relaxing time in the condo itself, but the furniture in the living room did not allow comfort. The TV did have a sound bar attached but in order to have no echo for the sound, you had to have the sound bar higher than the tv sound. No way to adjust volume on the tv itself. If you do not plan on staying in the condo and are there to just sleep, this will work perfect. But our weekend getaway was just to be in the mountains and relax and listen to the nature.
