Welcome to our condo at Hi Country Haus 1909.
A renovated 2 bedroom condo offers a wonderfully cozy getaway in the heart of downtown Winter Park where you can walk to all of the great local activities and attractions. This unit has new flooring throughout, a private deck with river views, modern interior design, clubhouse amenities offering a great option for your next Winter Park family vacation.
Upon entering the unit you will be greeted with a modern interior design accented with hardwood flooring in the kitchen which compliments the wood cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances as well as the lovely wood accent wall.
Conveniently located between the kitchen and living area, the dining area has a lovely wooden table with bench seating for up to six guests to enjoy home cooked meals and the company of others in your party that are enjoying a relaxing time in the living room.
The living room has a comfortable sofa that is accented with two oversized recycling chairs to enjoy the wood burning fireplace, flat screen television and views from the sliding glass doors. The private deck is a wonderful spot to enjoy the river and surrounding neighborhood views.
The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep, flat screen television, access to the private deck and en-suite full bathroom.
The second bedroom also has a double-sized bed, flat screen television and a second en-suite full bathroom.

Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, private deck, wood burning fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning and guest must provide their own firewood for the fireplaces. This unit is on the second floor of the building.
Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the outdoor parking lot.
