Villa Nova offers spacious living comfort across three floors—perfect for families, groups, or business travelers who value space, style, and functionality. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a sofa and smart TV, directly adjacent to the bright dining room with a large table for shared meals or meetings. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and features a practical counter that’s also ideal as a workspace. A modern shower room with a toilet and sink rounds out the first floor.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: two with comfortable double beds and one with a single bed and a desk—ideal for working or for a child. The large bathroom on this floor features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine. The single bedroom opens directly onto the sunny terrace.
The converted attic features two areas separated by room dividers, each with two spacious double beds—an ideal retreat for larger groups or family members.
All windows are triple-glazed and equipped with built-in insect screens. The entire house is heated by comfortable underfloor heating. Free parking spaces are located right next to the house.

It was a wonderful house and a very comfortable stay. The house is new and fully equipped. The area is rural and beautiful, close to Switzerland, and easy to reach.
