Indoor pool wasn’t heated well. Quite cold with a very strong smell of chlorine. Staff were not very informative about all the options for recreational activities around. The beds were just two singles put together.

Superb

The place is comfortable and clean. The host respond immediately for any of our needs, before and during our stay. The pictures describe the place pretty good. The facilities was exactly what we were needed. There was a small refrigerator, equipped kitchen and everything you will need for a stay. The sauna and swimming pool are very nice.

The gym was the one thing was not in a reasonable condition. It was clean and well organized but it has no treadmill which is basic and the equipment is very old and not comfortable to gym. I mention this because having a gym was one of our main reasons we prefer this Appartement above others. Other than that everything was perfect

Excellent stay, but dining facilities are somewhat lacking for the apartment guests.

In general it is an excellent accommodation with a friendly staff at a beautiful location. Highly recommended.

It is a pity that dinner reservation was not possible by the guests of the apartment in the hotel restaurant during our stay. This was possible in the past.

Superb

Clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment which invites total relaxation through its tranquil setting in Schluchsee. The addition of the Hochschwarzwald Card being included made it even better value as you can access a range of tourist amenities for free, eg trains to Freiburg, bike rental etc.

Les appartements sont spacieux, modernes et bien équipés. Le personnel est très arrangeant. La piscine et le sauna sont un grand plus. Terrasse sympathique.

Pool- und Saunabereich, war sehr gut, dort war man fast immer alleine. Appartement war sauber.

Mooi appartement

Mooi ruim appartement, goed uitgeruste keuken, prima douche. Leuk zwembad om wat baantjes te trekken. Vlakbij supermarkt met goede verse producten. Broodjes bezorgservice via naastgelegen hotel (waar je je ook moet melden bij aankomst). En vlakbij het station voor bezoek aan bijvoorbeeld Freiburg (gratis met Gästekarte).

Weinig uitzicht, want het raam zit hoog. Kussen erg zacht.

Bel endroit, appartement très confortable et accueil chaleureux

L'appartement est calme et spacieux. L'accueil est charment et efficace. Vaisselle, services et casseroles en très grande quantité. La localité est pleine de charme et magnifiquement fleurie. Très bel endroit pour un couple qui ne cherche pas les animations nocturnes et pour des familles avec enfants, car il y a de nombreuses aires de jeux. Pour les amateurs de vélos, il y des pistes cyclables à l'infini. Un plus, l'extraordinaire parc aquatique à 20 min de route à ne pas manquer BADEPARADIES Schwarzwald. Une journée exceptionnelle et étonnante par la taille de ce parc.

Nous aurions apprécié d'avoir un petit four à micro-ondes. Il y a certes un grand four traditionnel, mais pour chauffer de petits plats, ce n'est pas très pratique

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren schon vor einigen Jahren im „Regina“ und haben uns sofort wieder wohlgefühlt – sogar im gleichen Apartment wie damals. Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitnessbereich sind sehr gepflegt und ideal bei schlechtem Wetter.

Einziger Minuspunkt: die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas vollständiger sein (z. B. Besteck und Deckel für Töpfe/Pfannen).
