Top Lage, gut und schön Eingerichtete Wohnung, netter unkomplizierter Gastgeber
Der Preis ist ok wenn mann mit Freundne geht und sich die Miete teilen kann aber als Familie würde ich mir die Wohnung vermutlich nicht leisten auch wenn sie super geeignet wäre vom Platz und der Lage.

Optimierung/Renovierung im Bereich der vor dem Eingang liegenden Terrasse wäre super, der Zustand ( ein Farbanstrich wäre dringend von Nöten) klafft doch sehr vom Inneren der Wohnung, die absolut super ist, ab.
