Family home on a 30-hectare estate of fields and pine forests, 10 minutes from Carcassonne and its medieval citadel, remarkable natural sites, attractions, festivals, cultural venues, and an 18-hole golf course, and 40 minutes from the Cathar castles or the sea and its beach bars. We live in this house year-round and rent it out in the summer to finance the renovation of the outbuildings, which we will occupy during your stay. The three bedrooms are flexible: twin beds or a king-size bed, depending on your needs. We live on-site in a separate building, completely private, with its own entrance. We take care of the maintenance of the swimming pool (12m x 4m x 1.60m at its deepest point), which is secured by an alarm, and the outdoor areas. Stays are for a minimum of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday, for a total of €2000 (excluding platform fees), cleaning included. My husband and I are available to answer any questions you may have.
