In the countryside, a very large villa to gather Family and Friends

Excellent property with loads of character and ample space for everyone. Very well equipped. WiFi was a bit limited for coverage across whole house.

This was the perfect property for a few families to holiday together. There were so many different areas to use. The rooms were spacious yet homely. The pool was beautifully clean and a great size. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil you may need. It’s not far by car to local supermarkets and attractions. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful.

Great property in an ideal location. Layout and rooms with own bathrooms. Lots of space inside and outside with a good pool. Some of the rooms do get very warm, so more fans would help, but we were there when it was in the late 30s

My family and I have just returned from an idyllic holiday in the beautiful Domaine La Pinede. From the moment we arrived we were made feel at home by the kind and helpful Jacky. He lives at the entrance of the property but is never intrusive. He is a wealth of information on places to visit and it is comforting to know if you have a problem he is more than happy to help. Jacky gave us a tour of the stunning villa with its five ensuite bedrooms, each with their own name and style. For the first holiday ever there was no rows over who got which bedroom as they were all equally special! The living area is spacious and bright with views out to the lovely pool and beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was well equipped and also offered a separate entrance which was perfect for bringing in the groceries! The garden was absolutely breath taking. The pool area offered plenty of seating arrangements including a very comfy couch, an eating area and plenty of sun loungers. We really enjoyed playing table tennis in to the later hours of the day. A short stroll to the entrance of the property and one is greeted with a view of the magnificent La Cite which is a MUST to visit! Last but not least this property offers the most PERFECT location for this area. Carcassonne airport is a mere 10 minutes away and you can find yourself in La Cite in less than 15 minutes. While being so close to these amenities, the villa lies in restful countryside, surrounded by vineyards and meadows ideal for walks/cycles. Our only regret is that our stay was too short. We hope to return to this delightful villa in the very near future and hopefully for a longer visit!
