Beautiful charming villa in a wonderful location

Nothing - it was fantastic.

The house is glorious and ample. Walking distance from.the walled city. It is perfectly maintained and was great for our needs (groups of 6 friends).

La casa ci è piaciuta tantissimo, è stata ristrutturata con davvero molto gusto. Posizione ottima, pulizia impeccabile e l'idromassaggio è una vera gemma. L'aria condizionata è stata fondamentale e meravigliosa per combattere il caldo! La struttura in sé è estremamente comoda. Thomas è stato sempre molto attento e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta e necessità. ​(Purtroppo per via delle temperature troppo elevate non abbiamo potuto sfruttare al massimo la parte esterna, ma la casa all'interno era perfetta).

Da rivedere è il Wi-Fi: la connessione non è molto forte e prendeva bene quasi esclusivamente nella dépendance.

A fantastic find in Carcassonne. The house is exceptionally well located - just minutes from the medieval Cité - yet feels remarkably private and peaceful. It is spacious enough to accommodate two families very comfortably and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay, including table tennis and a lovely jacuzzi. The house has real character and feels authentic rather than generic. A few minor finishing touches are still being completed, but it is already a very comfortable and memorable place to stay and will be absolutely superb once everything is finished. Thomas was friendly, attentive and very helpful throughout. We booked at short notice and felt the house offered excellent value for money. We were extremely happy with our stay and would gladly return. 10/10. Highly recommended.

The Wi-Fi was occasionally patchy, although it improved considerably once we understood how to switch properly between the different extender networks.
