About this apartment rental
This immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is your new beachfront home away from home! With fun, beach-themed accents throughout the unit you'll never lose that coastal vacation vibe. Its location on the 3rd floor offers you a slice of the ocean you can view from the private lanai.
And speaking of location, it's just steps from the soft, cool, white sands of Siesta Key Beach, with no streets to cross. And right across the street are restaurants, bars, live music, coffee, ice cream, mini donuts, gift shops, and even a grocery store! It's possible to park your car in the space assigned to your unit and not see it again until it's time to check out.
Prefer cooking and eating at home? That's possible too, with a fully-stocked kitchen that will please even the most demanding gourmet cook. It connects to the six-seat dining area with a convenient pass-through window. The living room features comfortable leather furniture, a large flat-screen TV, speakers for amplifying your music, and a DVD/VCR player. The master bedroom has a King bed, and the second bedroom has two double beds. Wi-Fi is complimentary and HBO is included in the extensive channel lineup.
Sea Shell Condominium is a gated complex with 49 units, offering a range of amenities. Beach chairs, loungers, and beach towels are provided for the guests' convenience. The large, heated pool is centrally located behind the office, and there are two grill areas: two gas grills in the new Tiki Hut and two charcoal grills in an outdoor picnic area under the trees. With two elevators and laundry facilities on each floor, everything you need for any stay length is right on the premises.
Our onsite office offers easy check-in and check-out, as well as assistance with visitor information and other needs. Late arrivals are accommodated with after-hours check-in arrangements.

Very clean, plenty of extra towels, it had just what we needed for our stay. Glad we were only there for the weekend. The building next door is being renovated and it was a lot of noise, but at the pool it was fine. The restaurants across the street had fabulous food, the market had a great coffee shop and deli along with everything else we needed. The staff was great and super helpful answering all our questions.

We really enjoyed our stay...The condo was spotless, had room for all our clothes and wasn't cluttered with decorative pieces that one has to worry about breaking...The kitchen was well organized with everything you could possibly need to cook...Again not too much stuff you had to dig through to find what you needed...Beach chairs and beach toys supplied...Have been renting beach houses and condos for 30 plus years..This was one of my favorites...We will be back.

THe room was very comfortable and had anything you would need for your stay. However, there was a major love bug infestation in the town that was very difficult to deal with. This happens end of April early May so plan accordingly. I wish I knew this
