About this apartment rental
This newly remodeled, newly furnished unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps up to 7 people. There is a king bed in the master suite, There is a king bed in the master suite and a queen and bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. The second bathroom has private access from the second bedroom and access from the hallway.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and a Keurig coffee maker. In addition, it has all the pots and pans for any type of cooking that you would like to do. It is also equipped with enough dinnerware and flatware to accommodate 8 persons. There is a breakfast bar that seats 2 and a dining room table for 6.
Leather couches with a matching recliner comfortably seat 6 people in the living room. There are large, flat-screen TVs in the living room and the master bedroom, with a smaller, wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the second bedroom. Wi-Fi and HBO are free.
Located in the 49-unit Sea Shell Condominium complex, we are just steps from the famous white sands of Siesta Key Beach. That means there are no streets to cross to access our private, gated beach. Our location in the complex means you can enjoy a beautiful view and ocean breezes while relaxing on your private deck. Across the street from the Sea Shell are bars, restaurants, shops, a grocery store, a drug store, and many other amenities, so there’s no need to drive anywhere to eat, drink or shop. If you want to visit downtown Siesta Village, there is a free trolley system that runs 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Just cross the street and flag it down!
If you'd rather stay on-site, enjoy the newly constructed private Tiki Hut on the beach, exclusively available to Sea Shell guests. Grill up a feast on two gas grills, gather around the island with bar stools, or have a picnic at the tables – this beachfront haven is perfect for cooking, socializing, and relishing the captivating sunsets. For the traditional grill enthusiasts, we offer two charcoal grills on-site in a newly remodeled picnic area.

We booked a last minute trip and this was by far the best place we could have gotten. We drove from PA and got there early. They allowed us to check in early with no issue and got our room ready as soon as possible. The location and amenities were awesome! Thank you!

There was a maintenance issue when I arrived yet they fixed it within two days and offered me a gift card to go across the street for a meal for the inconvenience. We’ve been coming here for over six years my sister-in-law over 40 would love the place the convenience unfortunately we are getting priced out every year. It goes up so this is the first year that we did not renew due to pricing when the prices go back to normal we will definitely go back.

We left early because the beach was awful and we were trapped in condo due to the horrible smell - if we did leave the condo we had to run from the smell. The condo was fine but to say there is a view is misleading particularly when you can’t go outside on the small balcony due to the smell.
