The property is very well located close to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and markets close by as well. The customer service is very helpful and attentive.
The fact the apartment is manage by a third party make everything very complicated the keys to the apartment and parking lot do not work so they have to change the code to be able to get in. Also, the A/C does not work we spent the first night sweating bullets until the next day in the afternoon where it was fix. They property required an update really bad.

It was very close to the beach.
The elevator was a little scary with the slight drop when you step in. It made strange noises also.
