Communication with the host was great until we had a problem with the toilet not flushing on arrival. I reached out to the host and nothing....... Then I thought maybe I should call Royal shell and they responded immediately! But the host should not have ignored me I am new to Vrbo and simply did not know. A one line response would have saved a day of no toilet. Other than that things were very nice.

The property was even better than the pictures showed! The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the large living and dining areas.
